Yoga Class Etiquette
Please take a note of my yoga class etiquette to make the class enjoyable for all parties.
- Try and be on time.
- If it´s your first class please arrive at least 15 minutes early to inform teacher.
- If you are late please enter yoga room quietly and set up quickly.
- Turn mobile phones off.
- Yoga is done barefoot, so naked clean feet please.
- If possible bring your own yoga mat, block and blanket.
- Please respect other people´s space and privacy.
- Please inform your teacher of ANY medical conditions or injuries however small.
- Please inform your teacher if you´re pregnant.
- Be aware of class duration and tell the teacher if you´re leaving early.
